Q: Can I redeem a free saddle fitting from a fitter not in your network?
A: No. Only saddle fitters in our network are able to provide a FREE Saddle fitting for your Initial Fit under our program
Q: What if my new saddle doesn’t fit?
A: You will be able to either return your saddle for a refund.
Please note that saddles must be returned in saleable condition. At our discretion, saddles not in saleable condition will be returned to you (the consumer) or subject to a restocking fee.
Q: How do I schedule my free saddle fitting?
A: Visit www.SADDLEBRAND.co.uk/stockists to find your local saddle fitter(s) and arrange an appointment with one of our Approved Fitters. You will schedule your appointment directly with the saddle fitter within 90 days of purchase
Q: How long do I have to schedule my appointment?
A: The Saddle fitting appointment must take place within 90 days of saddle purchase to qualify for FREE Saddle Fitting
Q: What is “saleable condition?”
A: Saddles should be returned in the state they were received. This means no marks on the leather, including but not limited to, marks on the: billets, flaps, cantle, and pommel. Please take all necessary precautions when fitting and riding in the saddle to ensure no visible signs of use are left should the saddle need to be returned. We recommend you keep the packaging your saddle was delivered in until after your Saddle Fitting Appointment
Q: What do I do with my free fitting voucher?
A: Bring your FREE Saddle fitting voucher to your saddle fitting appointment and present it to your saddle fitter.
