RETURNS INFORMATION

We want you to be completely happy with your Enzo Treviso order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Returned merchandise should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Our standard returns policy is 30 days for a full refund, as such merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If your product is in a saleable condition with its original labels and packaging, we’re happy to offer a full refund on your product. Please note, this excludes any initial delivery costs.

Please use the original or another shipping box/packaging when returning items such as footwear. A £10.00 restocking fee will be applied to footwear returned in just the boot box.

Please note: Upon assessment of the returned item, if the item is deemed unsaleable, you will be contacted by our Customer Service team to advise of this. It is then your decision as to whether or not you receive the item back from ourselves. To ensure that your item is suitable for a refund, please ensure there is no dirt, water, or large amounts of hair left on the item. 

If you are returning a Faulty Item, the above section on the condition of returned items still applies under the Health and Safety at work Act 1972. Please see the Our Warranty page for more information. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

We have made the returns process as easy as we can - simply use our online returns request form to let us know what you're returning and why. 

You will need your logins details (if you ordered using an account), or your Order Number and Email Address (if you placed your order as a Guest).

Once you have informed us that you are returning an item, you will receive an email from DPD which includes a returns label and further instructions. Please make sure you check your emails 'Junk' items, as sometimes emails can go into there. If you do not receive an email, please contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us page on the site. 

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please Note: Unfortunately we cannot exchange products for a different item. If you have ordered the wrong item or size and wish to exchange for a different size or colour, then please follow the standard returns process for requesting a refund and then place a new order on the website.

Returns are free of charge in the UK (England, Wales, Scotland – excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) - via DPD’s Pick Up Shop Network.

Returns from Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, France or Germany

We cannot cover return postage costs for customers in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, France and Germany, which includes any initial delivery costs, if there is nothing wrong with the item you have ordered, we can only refund the cost of the item itself.  For faulty or damaged items, or if you have received the wrong item, we will cover any of your postage costs to get the item back to us.

REPLACEMENTS OR EXCHANGES

If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, then please follow the standard returns process to get the item back to us.  We will be happy to send out a replacement product and cover the cost of postage.
