We’re still here for you around the clock with all our usual delivery and payment options! Plus, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returns are free of charge in the UK (England, Wales, Scotland – excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) – just follow our returns policy below to get started!

Our returns deadline for orders is 30 days from order date.

 

RETURNS INFORMATION


We want you to be completely happy with your WeatherBeeta order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Returned merchandise should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. If your product is in a saleable condition with its original labels and packaging, we’re happy to offer a full refund on your product.

Please use the original or another shipping box/packaging when returning items such as footwear. 

Please note: Upon assessment of the returned item, if the item is deemed unsaleable, you will be contacted by our Customer Service team to advise of this. It is then your decision as to whether or not you receive the item back from ourselves. To ensure that your item is suitable for a refund, please ensure there is no dirt, water, or large amounts of hair left on the item. 

If you are returning a Faulty Item, the above section on the condition of returned items still applies under the Health and Safety at work Act 1972. Please see the Our Warranty page for more information. 

Korsteel Bits  - please note, we are unable to accept returns for Korsteel Bits ordered online if the item has already been used unless the Bit is defective. 

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM


We have made the returns process as easy as we can - simply use our online returns request form to let us know what you're returning and why. 

You will need your logins details (if you ordered using an account), or your Order Number (which you will find on your order confirmation email or on your delivery note in your parcel, the order number will be under purchase reference and will contain only numbers) and Email Address (if you placed your order as a Guest).

Once you have logged in, you will need select the item(s) that you wish to return, and complete the required fields; such as Reason and Package Condition. 

After submitting the request, you will receive further instructions from DPD which will include your returns label. Follow the instructions on the email and return your item to your closest DPD pick up point. 

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot exchange products for a different item. If you have ordered the wrong item or size and wish to exchange for a different size or colour, then please follow the standard returns process for requesting a refund and then place a new order on the website.

Returns are free of charge in the UK (England, Wales, Scotland – excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) when you follow our returns process outlined above. Please use the link below to start the returns process. Please note, if you choose to return items using another method, any associated costs will be at your own expense and will not be refunded.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

RETURNS FROM JERSEY, GUERNSEY, NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, FRANCE OR GERMANY


We cannot cover return postage costs for customers in Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, France and Germany, which includes any initial delivery costs, if there is nothing wrong with the item you have ordered, we can only refund the cost of the item itself.  For faulty or damaged items, or if you have received the wrong item, we will cover any of your postage costs to get the item back to us.

REPLACEMENTS OR EXCHANGES


If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, then please follow the standard returns process to get the item back to us.  We will be happy to send out a replacement product and cover the cost of postage.
